That depends on the service you have booked — arrival or departure:

 

🛬 Arrival service (you are arriving in Valencia)

Your Tralli personal concierge will collect your bags at the airport or Joaquín Sorolla train station. Then, your luggage will be securely delivered to the address you selected during booking — usually your hotel, Airbnb, office, or any other location within Valencia city.

You do not need to wait around. We will deliver your bags at the exact time slot you chose, so you can enjoy your first hours in the city completely hands-free.

 

🛫 Departure service (you are leaving Valencia)

We will collect your bags from your accommodation or another location in the city at the time you selected. Your Tralli personal concierge will then deliver them to your departure point — either Valencia Airport or Joaquín Sorolla station — and meet you there.

 

At the airport:
- Metro arrival: Take the escalators to the Departures level. You will meet your concierge under the large flights board near the check-in hall entrance.
- Taxi or Uber: Ask to be dropped near Santa Gloria café. Enter through the far-right terminal door; your concierge will be waiting just inside.

At Joaquín Sorolla station:
Your concierge will meet you before the security check at the departures area, just before platform access.

If your flight or train is delayed or rescheduled, please notify us as soon as possible. Your Tralli personal concierge can wait up to 15 minutes beyond the scheduled time; after that, delay fees may apply.

We understand that handing over your belongings requires trust. That is why Tralli has built its service around safety, transparency, and care — from the moment your luggage is collected to the moment it is returned to you.

 

🔒 Sealed, documented, and traceable

Each piece of luggage is sealed in front of you using a unique, tamper-proof security seal. Upon return, you will be able to verify that the seal has remained intact.

Your luggage is always handled with care by trained professionals. We do not outsource handling — only our trusted team manages the entire process.

Our transport vans are tracked in real time, allowing us to detect and respond to any route changes or delays immediately.

 

🛡️ Fully insured for peace of mind

While incidents are extremely rare, each booking is backed by insurance. In the unlikely event that your luggage is lost while in Tralli’s care, you will receive compensation for your belongings, along with an essentials package to cover your immediate needs at your destination.

If you are arriving in Valencia, your Tralli personal concierge will meet you directly at Valencia Airport or Joaquín Sorolla train station. From there, your luggage will be delivered to your hotel, Airbnb, office, or any other location within the city.

 

🛫 Departure service

If you are leaving Valencia, we can collect your luggage from any location within the city — your accommodation, office, a café, or even a park bench. You choose the pickup point and time during the booking process. Your Tralli personal concierge will then deliver your bags to the airport or train station, ready for check-in.

 

🌍 Service area

Please note that pickups and deliveries are available only within the city of Valencia. We are actively working to expand to more European cities — stay tuned!

Tralli uses predictive algorithms and real-time data to plan routes with precision. Our system takes into account traffic, delays, and other variables, and includes built-in safety margins to ensure your luggage arrives where it needs to be — on time, every time.

Whether your service is for departure (bags delivered to the airport or train station) or arrival (bags delivered to a city location), we track every item and actively adjust our routes as needed to stay on schedule.

 

🧭 In the rare case of a delay

If an unexpected situation prevents your luggage from being delivered on time, you should proceed with your travel plans. Tralli will arrange to ship your luggage to your final destination at no extra cost.

To ease the inconvenience, Tralli will also provide a package to help cover your most immediate needs upon arrival.

Your peace of mind is our priority — and our systems, team, and policies are designed to protect it.

At the moment, Tralli is available exclusively in Valencia, serving both Valencia Airport and Joaquín Sorolla train station.

We will be expanding soon to more cities across Europe — starting with those that have major international airports and train hubs.

Do not worry. If you are not present at the scheduled pickup or handover point — whether in the city, at the airport, or at Joaquín Sorolla station — your Tralli personal concierge will wait for up to 15 minutes. During that time, we will attempt to contact you via your registered phone number up to three times to give you the chance to make it to the meeting point.  

⏳ What if you still do not show up?

If we are unable to reach you and the waiting time expires, the service will be marked as a no-show so that we can continue with other scheduled bookings without delay. Read our Terms for further detail and potential charges.
